What is the most common calendar size and orientation?
Most custom calendars are printed in an 11" x 8.5" landscape format. This size provides ample space for photos, artwork, schedules, and monthly calendar grids while remaining easy to display.

What size hole is used for hanging calendars?
The standard hole drill size is 5/16 inch, allowing the calendar to be easily hung on a nail, hook, or wall hanger.

How close is the hole to the calendar artwork?
The hanging hole is generally positioned within 1/4 inch of the bottom edge of the page. We recommend keeping important text, photos, logos, and design elements away from this area to prevent critical content from being affected by the hole drill.

What is the difference between a 24-page and a 28-page calendar?
A standard 12-month calendar typically contains 24 interior pages. Some schools and organizations choose a 28-page version, which includes an additional sheet that can be used for school activity, photos, sponsor recognition, special events, or additional content.

What file format should I submit for calendar printing?
We recommend submitting a print-ready PDF file with single pages rather than spreads. If your design includes images or colors extending to the edge of the page, please include 1/8-inch bleeds and crop marks when applicable.

Can I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. Hard-copy proofs are available so you can review your calendar before production begins. We assemble the proof to closely match the finished product, including the hole punch, allowing you to verify the layout, images, dates, and other important details before approving your calendar for final printing.

Is there a minimum quantity for calendar printing?
