When can I expect to receive my order?

Turnaround time is an options to all of our online forms. Our standard turnaround time is three business days, but you may also select other options if you require faster turnaround time.

What time can I pickup my order?
A.
Once your order is completed, you will receive two emails from our staff with pickup details. We recommend in store pickup before 5 pm.

Can I arrange for an Uber pickup?
A.
Once you are notified that your order is ready for pickup, you can arrange for an Uber or Lyft pickup of your job. Once you have made those arrangements, call us with the vehicle make, model, and license plate. We will confirm this information and place your order into the car service.
Q.
Can someone besides me pickup my job?
A.
If you are unable to pickup your job, you can have someone else pickup your print order. Have that person reference your name and the job number so we may properly provide them with your print order.

I'm on a deadline. Is it possible to expedite my order?
A.
Rush service is available on all of the online order forms. Same day rush order is required before 1 pm EST. You may also contact us to discuss your urgent order

What happens when an order is placed after hours?
A.
Orders place after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day.
