Artwork File Uploading Tips

  1. What files should I include with my order?
  2. What is Preflighting?
  3. Can you make a correction to my job after I have submitted files?
Q.
What files should I include with my order?
A.

Our preferred file format is a print-ready PDF.

Q.
What is Preflighting?
A.

The files you send are put through a printing preflight process to identify in advance any issues that could affect the quality or delay the production of your print order.

When you use FastTrack to send us your files, the preflight occurs automatically as part of the ordering process. Our staff will preflight all other files submitted through our website and alert you to any issues that could potentially affect the production of your print order.

Q.
Can you make a correction to my job after I have submitted files?
A.

Yes, corrections can be made. However, please review and proof your work carefully because the best time to make corrections is before your print order is scheduled for production.

Corrections that require design time will incur an additional minimum design fee of $45.00. This option will be presented to you in the event of a preflight issue. Corrections and alterations requested after production has been scheduled will lead to production delays.
